5. Order Placement and Fulfillment

When a customer places an order through your dropshipping business, you are responsible for promptly placing the order with Furnitex Limited. We will then fulfill the order and ship it directly to the customer's address. It is essential to ensure accurate and complete order details to avoid any errors or delays.

6. Branding and Marketing

While dropshipping with Furnitex Limited, you are not permitted to use our brand name, logo, or any copyrighted material without prior written consent. You are responsible for building your own brand identity and marketing your products independently.

7. Customer Support

You are responsible for providing customer support to your customers. This includes addressing inquiries, handling returns and refunds according to our refund policy, and resolving any issues that may arise during the order fulfillment process.

8. Payment and Fees

As a dropshipping partner, you will receive a wholesale price for the products you sell. You are responsible for collecting payment from your customers and remitting the wholesale price to Furnitex Limited. Any transaction fees or payment gateway charges are your responsibility.

9. Termination

Furnitex Limited reserves the right to terminate this dropshipping agreement at any time, without prior notice, if you violate any of the terms and conditions outlined herein. Upon termination, you must cease all use of our product images, descriptions, and any other intellectual property associated with Furnitex Limited.

10. Modifications

Furnitex Limited reserves the right to modify these dropshipping terms and conditions at any time. It is your responsibility to regularly review the terms and conditions and ensure compliance with any updates or changes.
